Nick Satel

President 

Nick has over 20+ years’ experience working in commercial banking and finance and began specializing in commercial debt & equity placement in 2007.

Having worked with a diverse range of capital sources he has originated over $250 million in financing with various lending institutions including commercial banks, CMBS, life insurance companies, FNMA & FMAC agency lenders, credit unions, private funds, family offices, and equity groups.

Nick holds a BSBA degree from the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida where he studied Management and Finance with a minor in Real Estate. He is currently licensed as a Real Estate and Mortgage Professional in the state of Florida. Over the years he has been involved with several industry associations such as REIC, ULI and ICSC.

Nick is an active member in the community, giving back through donations and by volunteering for multiple organizations throughout the Tampa Bay area. Currently he serves on the board of the American Diabetes Association of Tampa Bay.
